Jobs Nearby Home Only shows you only to employers within 5 km of that pincode. Turn it on if a short trip to work is what matters most to you. Leave it off if you are ready to travel for the right job — then employers across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Palghar and Raigad can all find you.

How close to my home are the jobs?
The 'Jobs Nearby Home Only' setting means within 5 km of the pincode you give. If you leave it off, employers across the whole Mumbai region can still find you — which is the better choice if you are ready to travel for the right job.
Why does my pincode matter more than my city?
Because 'Mumbai' does not tell anyone how far you have to travel. Someone living in Virar can take almost two hours to reach an office in Lower Parel, each way.
